Marco Giorgino
Marco Giorgino is a Professor of Finance and Risk Management at the Milan Polytechnic. Since the 1990’s he has been involved in the areas of corporate finance and the financial markets, with a particular focus on relations between businesses, the capital markets and institutional investors. His principal interests include the valuation and the financial sustainability of businessesV-Finance, the risk and return profiles of listed and non-listed companies and corporate governance and risk management systems as valuation elements for institutional investors and the banks.
He has been published on more than 70 occasions in Italian and international journals.
He has extensive experience as an Independent Director in financial and industrial companies and on the control and supervisory bodies of banking organisations. He has also written for Italian and international newspapers and television programs.

Anna Lambiase
Anna Lambiase, chartered accountant, has a master’s degree in finance at the University of Pavia and a master’s degree at MIP (Politecnico University of Milan). After international experiences in Corporate Finance in investment banks, she dealt with the listing processes. In 2001, she founded IR Top, Partner Equity Markets of Borsa Italiana, specialised in advisory for listing on the stock exchange and the opening of capital to Institutional Investors. She has collaborated with over 100 companies focusing on IPO processes, evaluations, business plans, strategic positioning, M&A and capital increases. She is a member of the Finance Commission of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan and of the Advisory Board of AIM Italia. She collaborated with the Gentiloni Government for defining the tax credit measure for SMEs in the IPO. She is the founder and CEO of V-Finance, a company specialized in finance for green economy companies, and she has been an investor and partner in promoting the SPAC GreenItaly1. She is a director of listed companies, bringing her experience to regulated markets. She is a lecturer at Academy, training centre of Borsa Italiana LSEG, and in the ELITE program. She is the author of several publications and articles on the themes of Investor Relations, IPO on AIM, governance, price sensitive corporate information, financial statements and company valuations. Luca Macario
Luca is a professional journalist. Specialized in economic-financial issues, he has developed his career between institutional communication (as a communication manager for non-profit organisations and companies) and journalism. From 2001 to 2006, he collaborated on a regular basis with various titles of the Gruppo Class. In 2003, he won the prestigious international ‘Journalistic Excellence Award’ for financial journalism. Since 2006, he has been working as a freelance consultant for communication and press offices. For IR Top, he supervises the activities of Media Relations, collaborates in institutional relations and coordinates the initiatives to be undertaken during the occasions of Crisis Communication.
Education: after graduating in Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, he specialised in business and institutional communication and finance following courses at various universities (Graduate School of Journalism at Columbia University in New York, IESE, Pontificia Università della Santa Croce).
He is a member of the Board of Directors of V-Finance and is the Editor in Chief of Aimnews.it.

Floriana Vitale
Floriana Vitale, in IR Top Consulting since 2005, works as a senior manager in the advisory division where she manages IPO transactions and corporate finance projects. For listed companies, Floriana is responsible for coordinating Investor Relations activities, supporting important shareholders and CEO’s on the capital market. From 2005 to 2008, she worked as a financial analyst for the development of equity research. Already a partner of V-Finance, in 2013 Floriana became co-sponsor of the SPAC GreenItaly1. She participates as a lecturer in executive courses focused on Regulatory Disclosure and international best practices for Investor Relations. She participated in the launch of the ESG advisory practices within the structure itself. Floriana has fine-tuned her experience in the field of consulting in the Risk Management and Compliance sector for financial institutions and multinational companies. She graduated in Management Engineering, with a specialisation in finance, at the Politecnico di Milano. She took a 2nd level Master in ‘Private Equity and Corporate Finance’ organised by MIP, the Executive School of Politecnico di Milano in 2005, and the Diploma AIAF, Italian Association of Financial Analysts, in 2002.
Maria Antonietta Pireddu
Maria Antonietta Pireddu has been working in IR Top Consulting since 2006 and she has been a partner of V-Finance since 2016. She works as senior manager and manages the IPO advisory activities and Investor Relations. Her focus is on the IPO feasibility studies for SMEs and is responsible for the Corporate ‘price sensitive’ Information Division. As lecturer, she participates in courses at the Business School Academy of Borsa Italiana. Graduated in 2005 in Political Science at the University of Florence, Faculty “Cesare Alfieri”, in 2006 she obtained the Master in ‘Banking, Finance and Markets’ at Il Sole 24 Ore – Business School.
Domenico Gentile
A background in finance, after graduating at the Luiss University “Guido Carli”, he gained experience in a leading press agency. In IR Top Consulting since 2010, he is responsible for the Corporate Communication Area, which includes the management of financial and digital media, through the definition of a mix of tools and communication channels with the aim of spreading messages to the various players in the market.
Luisa Primi
After earning a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2000, she began her professional career as an analyst in the auditing field of FSI. Subsequently, for over ten years, she carried out Private Equity activities oriented towards medium-small capital companies. Luisa joined IR Top Consulting in 2015, since then she has been working in particular with Corporate Finance and Business Valuation. Luisa is a member of AIAF (Italian Association of Analysts and Financial Consultants) and is currently Head of IR Top Equity Research where, together with the team, she is responsible for carrying out IPO feasibility studies and independent research on AIM Italia companies (primary and secondary) and on Small-Mid Caps listed on regulated markets (MTA and STAR).
