Biancamano approves the results as at 31st December 2011: Turnover (+6.5%) and Ebitda (+19%) on the rise. Ebit and Net Income affected by one–off provisions

– Revenues of Euro 271.51 mln (+6.5%)
– EBITDA of Euro 32.2 mln (+19%)
– EBIT of Euro 11.7 mln (+8.8%)
– Net Income of Euro 1.7 mln (Euro 3.0 mln at 31st December 2010).
– Net Financial Position of Euro 129.9 mln (Euro 148.7 mln as at 30th September
2011 and Euro 119.3 mln as at 31st December 2010).
