1st February 2013 – TerniEnergia has completed the establishment of TerniEnergia Romania Srl in Bucarest (a 100% subsidiary) as a part of its development strategy and business internationalization.
The romanian subsidiary will operate with maximum efficiency in carrying out the substantial program of activities in which the Group expects to develop in East Europe, considered to be strategic in terms of tendency for growth business related to renewable energy and environment.
